Strap Broken

The joint between the actual Charge 4 and the strap is broken.

 

Am not being able to get through to the Live Chat facility which is VERY frustrating.

 

Please help!

Same thing happened to me after 8 months.  It was under warranty so the entire Fitbit was replaced.  It just happened again after 8 months with the new unit and I am no longer eligible for a claim since over 1 year from original purchase.  If you purchased more than 1 year ago, you may be out of luck although this is a known issue with Charge 4.  However, I did find after market band on Amazon that snaps just the Fitbit in a holder so I'm hoping this option works so I can still use the Fitbit.  I certainly won't be replacing it with a new Fitbit.

Do you have the link to the exact product that you purchased on Amazon. I am unable to work out which one it is. Cheers Shane
