Strap keeps detaching from fitbit

Hi,

I bought my Charge 2 special edition on the 9th Nov 2018 and have had no issues up to now. All of a sudden one side of the strap keeps detaching from the fitbit itself. When I put it back on it seems like its slotting into place but any movement and it opens again. It doesnt look any different from the other side of the strap.

Is the fitbit still under warranty to get a new strap?
