Swimming

Can I use my Fitbit charge 2 when I go swimming, just I have heard that you can’t and do want to damage it ,

Unfortunately the Charge 2 is not waterproof and you should not wear it when swimming. Its replacement - the Charge 3 - is waterproof so it's a bit confusing. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1598/

Thanks for the reply, new to Fitbit world, it’s strange because on the back of the box it gives information on what it can do and swimming is 1 of them ,

I'm surprised. I don't have my Charge 2 box any more to see whether it used to say anything about swimming when I got mine.

If it's definitely a Charge 2 that you have then I would ignore the box as you will invalidate the warranty if you swim with it.
