Sync with app and Charge 3 not working

Hi m’y charge 3 works fine but it does not sync with the app. The app also does not sync with Aria so I think this is an app issue. I do not want to loose the history of data on the app so I hesitate to delete and download it again. Any advice ? Thanks !

Hi, I’m having the same problem. I’ve tried several things. Removed and set up C3, restarted it, set back to factory setting. I’ve also deleted and reinstalled the app( no loss of previously synced data btw). I’ve also switched my iPhone off and back on again and switched Bluetooth off and back on. Also tried Forget Device. Nothing works for more than a few minutes so my C3 also has the wrong time. Please help.

Hi Haneth 

 

No unfortunately the problem is ongoing. My Fitbit actually syncs about once a day but this is unacceptable as it also looses time.

Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off and back on. Turn your phone or tablet off and back on. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app. If your Fitbit scale won't sync after you reinstall the app, log in to your Fitbit account on a different phone or tablet and try to sync.
