I connect my Charge 2 tracker to the mobile run tracker in the Fitbit app on my iPhone to use the GPS but the data always seems to be different between the two. I’m hoping to see accurate pacing on my tracker whilst I’m running based on the GPS but the speed always seems to be 15 to 10 seconds slower than the data on the app. Why is this? Am I doing something wrong?

@LJay1 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that your data is different between your phone and your tracker. The phone will use the GPS data to calculate the distance and pace and your tracker will use the data you entered on your account. You could try calculating your stride length to improve the calculations on your tracker.
Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for your reply. So does the live data not feed through from the app on my phone to the charge 2 device?
