My phone had to be repaired and came back restored to factory settings .  Reloaded fitbit and found my account but won't sync from phone to wristband. 

Nor will it link with Loseit!

Put the Fitbit on charger 

hold button to reset Fitbit 

the loading bar should appear on Fitbit 

when it restate will give you a smiley face on the Fitbit 

I’m having to do this a lot
