Syncro. problems w/ Charge 2

I get a msg saying I can't use this ver. of the software. I get an upgrade button but but nada happens when I press it. Haven't recorded activities for the last 7 or so hrs. Ran two miles in the a.m. and climbed 100+ flights of stairs. Nothing!

Recently updated my phone and iPad operating systems and can’t get my charge 2 to sync. Followed site directions to no success. Can you help?

I tried many times following the directions to set up but to no avail.
Then, after waiting a few days, deleted the app on my iPhone again, turned
off & on the actual phone to reboot & went through the entire set up my
Fitbit option again & it finally synced. However some things, like activity
didn’t work. The next day it worked again so I can only suggest you do the
same. I think that the iOS update created the whole problem for lots of
people. Good luck 😉

I'm using the PC app. I cannot even get the app to start. It says it cannot connect to the internet. Yet, here I am posting a message using the same computer that the app will not even come up on because it can't connect to the internet!

The last time mine synced was Wednesday May 20, only shows calories and steps, no minutes, sleep, bum, steps per hour

i have a Samsung phone, every time there's an update the fitbit doesn't sync. I tried everything that was suggested.   What finally worked was installing the charge 2 as if it was a new device. I didn't lose previous data and it did sync. However the next day it didn't sync until around 1:30. It did  sync again about 5:30, but not again. I suppose we will have to live with it.

same problem with my charge 2 after iphone upgrade, have deleted and re installed fit bit app 3 times and my phone STILL cannot connect to my fitbit charge 2 !
