Text message notifications

Hello, I used to have a Charge 3, but all of a sudden I stopped receiving text message notifications. I tried unpairing the device, uninstalling the app, all my settings are good to allow notifications. I receive call notifications and notifications from the app, just not text message.

I went and bought a Versa Lite today but same issue. I have a Galaxy S10. Is there some compatibility issues? Same deal with my new Versa as was my Charge 3. I receive notifications for everything except text messages.

Do a quick search of the android, or any other board, you'll notice that this is currently an issue for some S10'users and Fitbit is on the case.

This is the same problem I am having with my Charge 3. I also have a Samsung S10. Ever since Samsung did an update I can not get text messages. I am getting very annoyed that it has not been fixed

I'm sorry @Fudd16 the issue is that things work fine for many S10 users and doesn't send texts for other S10 users. Why only are some affected. It is a lot easier to diagnose if all where affected. 

Maybe if those affected sent memory dumps would this help. I'm not sure. Ui are correct in that a phone update changed something.

Finally after weeks of not receiving text messages I have now started to receive them. Got a Fitbit update last night that must have done the trick.

Me too! Mine strammarted working yesterday, just hopefully it keeps working.

Let's hope so or my Fitbit is been returned. Text messages are the main thing I want on the Fitbit
