Text messages still not showing up since the update. Plus phone calls sometimes shows previous caller not current xaller

Make sure all the permissions possible are given to the app and phone.

I have checked my settings. From looking at the reviews under Fitbit I am not the only one still having problems receiving current contact that is calling and receiving text messages

I am also having this problem in that when my phone rings, my Fitbit displays the name of the previous caller, not the current one   My phone and OS are on the compatible list  Please advise how to fix this
