We drove into our home time zone on Sunday night. Time on charge 2 is still wrong by 1 hour 5 days later and multiple reset and re-syncs per day.
I put it in the charger and held the button until it reset a few times -- no change
I changed the time zone to manual and re-synced -- no change
Seems like a common problem, however, all of the help seems to dead-end at those steps.

Let me help you with your timezone settings and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try selecting a different timezone, save and sync then select the correct one, save and sync.
