Will the time change automatically and when?

It will change the first time it syncs after your device changes time. If your phone, for example, automatically changes the time with location, your fitbit will change after it syncs.

I was in a different time zone last week, but my watch didn't adjust to the local time even after my iPhone had done.

 

To change the time on my Fitbit, I had to manually change the time zone in the Fitbit app on my mobile.
