It's nice to see you around here @Biv! You can start tracking the activity by opening the Exercise app, then swipe left to find the exercise of your choice. If you want to track your Aquafit/Water Aerobics activity, I would suggest to select Workout. Tap the exercise to select it. Follow these steps to finish the exercise:
I hope this resolves your inquiry, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Hi, thanks for the reply.
Do you mean treadmill as I can’t find workout mode? 🙂

There is a workout mode, it's on your exercise shortcut set up. There is also an aqua jogging when you log exercise so you could maybe log it after as that?

You're very welcome @Biv! You have the Workout option, but if it's not showing up on your Charge 3 you'll need to manually add it.
You can choose from over 15 exercise types—including run, interval workout, swim, and yoga, to customize the app with your favorite workouts. If a specific exercise isn’t available, choose workout as your exercise type. However, on the device itself you can select up to 6 exercises only.

Hi, how do we add water aerobics as an exercise shortcut?
