Tracking cues over 10k

Hi, I've noticed that when I use my fitbit app with my phone GPS and have voice cues set to every half km. It all seems to be working fine up to 10k then the behaviour is a bit strange, it still seems trigger a cue for each 0.5 km. However,, instead of 10.5 and then 11 it says 11 twice, and then the same for each km after that  It caught me out the first time I was trying to complete a 13k run, only to find I'd done only 12.5km.

Anyone else noticed this?

@JamboK1874 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!

I will help you with your app's voice queues. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure it is up to date.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi, thanks for the tips, however, they have not changed the behaviour of app. Whilst I do get cues every 0.5km and these reflect the distances up to 10k. At 10.5k hearing 11k is confusing, and on occasions I've lost track of whether I've heard a cue or not. Luckily I'm running a few kms over the 10 so its not a big issue. Suspect it will be more annoying when stepping up to 20+ kms. I suspect I'll switch off the fitbit cue notifications and use a different app, such as strava/runningcoach.
