My fitbit wont turn on. The screen is completely black. Even when you plug it into a charger or computer nothing comes up. Ive tried lots of tips and tried to restart it but absolutely nothing happens. Please help!!!

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting your Charge 2 prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

My Fitbit is the same, charged it, it was in for a little bit then went blank. It's blinking red in the back but nothing on the screen. It vibrates when I tough the side button but nothing comes on the screen. Help?

Many thanks for replying to my message. Unfortunately i have tried all that and it is just completely unresponsive! Nothing at all comes up whatever i try. Can you please advise me what to do next?
