I just upgraded my iPhone Fitbit app and it is saying it is now not compatible with the Charge 2 and I need to upgrade the app. But I just upgraded the app to the latest version so I can’t upgrade it again.

 

please help!!!!

Let me help you with your Fitbit app. The app should be compatible with the Charge 2. Could you share a screenshot of the error message you are seeing so I can better assist you?

thanks for the reply but my charge 2 has now sync’d with the upgraded app.

Let me help you with your Fitbit app not working as it should. Which phone are you using and which OS version is it running? What happens when you press Update App? Start by restarting your phone. Now try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your phone.
