Using a Charge 2 with Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018)

hey guys 

i have samsung galaxy A7(2018) and using  fitbit charge 2 but its not support to my device now what should i do?

when i buy charge 2 it can connect easy to my phone but now its  not not in the supported device list

I will assist you with your Charge 2 syncing with your phone. As you mentioned your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.

I already did my phone to factory restore but Still it's not working and
also check it attachment while connecting Bluetooth... please give me
solutions as soon as possible...thank you

There doesnt seem to be an answer.

I have spent three days trying to get this sorted and just get told a7 is not compatable

Me too, I am so frustrated. The A7 is a fab phone and fitbit will lose my custom of they don't sort this soon.

I contacted customer support, they couldn't help as a7 is not compatible.  Was told to buy a dongle for pc. I am so angry.
