Hi I have vertical lines on my screen. I have already reset a few times with no change. Anybody help?

I also had this problem...I had vertical lines that would quickly go across the screen when I woke up in the morning, and by evening it was totally black. I can't see anything on the screen and the green light no longer flashes on the back of the watch, but all vibrations and alerts are still coming through and it is still syncing with the app. I have tried all the recommended resets as well as changing the clock face. I tried chat help and they were unable to help therefore sending me a discount code for a new one. That's nice and all, but I'm left wondering if it is worth getting a new one since historically they have lasted me under two years each time I've gotten one and although cheaper than some other devices, replacing at $150 every two years (actually less than every two years!) is still more costly than I'd like! I mean, is 2 years pretty much the life span of these watches?

I know. It seems not worth it. I have an old Polar that still works. I may just go back to that. At least I can see the time on it!

Ich habe waagerechte Striche im oberen Teil von meinem charge 3. Auch nach mehrmaligen Neustart ändert sich nichts.

I also have black and gray vertical lines of different width. Even after restarting according to the instructions. I'm trying to send a photo but it doesn't work.

Hi, just an update. Support team sent an email to hold for 15 secs,then unplug from the charger and then replace. Did not work for me,,but may work for others who have similar problem.
