Hi,

I’m new to Fitbit & I’ve tried to search what I’m having trouble with but I’ve had no luck.

I have a charge 3 but every time I move my wrist to see the time or check my steps the screen doesn’t show/light up, The only way to see this I have to double tap the screen.

I’ve checked the settings and the wake screen is on which I believe should work when this setting is on.

I wear my Fitbit on my right wrist which is also classed as my dominant hand.

Thanks

@Fogg14 give the left button of your Charge 3 a long press and make sure screen wake light bulb icon is set to on and not ghosted out with a line through it.
