I primarily and going to use my FitBit to track my walking. At 78 I don't run or go on a treadmill in a gym. However I walk up to 20 miles per week. So I don't tend to take much notice of 10,000 steps per day but aim for up to an average of 20 miles. Just had my FitBit charge 4 for Christmas. I have not started to log my walks - so this morning did 3.21 miles. It is excellent at logging compared to the cheap excercise thing before. I can even now share the map via Google Drive and print it. The FitBit like Garmin will be recording the route using a TCX file. How can I export/share that file of my days walk? I have a map app on my PC (OMN). It would be nice to import the route from the TCX file to my PC etc... I am begging to track my fluid consumption and will start to log sleep. Early days yet. But I am very happy with my FitBit charge 4. Christmas present from my wife. Happy to share on this forum.
