Weekly reports have stopped

I usually get my weekly report on a Monday evening. My husband gets his on a Tuesday. Neither of us have had a report since 30 (me) 31 (him) May. It happened once before about 4 years ago and took ages to sort out.

What is going on Fitbit ?

Theres been a few threads in the last couple of days and it seems a fair few people are affected. By the sounds of it Fitbit is now aware and are looking into it,

Hello @Wollythewol , @JEAE  and @Daisy1972 

Individuals not receiving their weekly reports is a known issue at this time and the word in the forums is that they are working on a fix. So there nothing your personally doing wrong (example…your settings setup) Hopefully this will be addressed soon. I wish I personally had a fix to offer but I’m afraid I don’t.
