why my charge 2 can't sync to my device?
i already do reboot my charge 2 and still can't sync and then i search to google to find how to sync t again and i do all what they said but its still can't sync. i tried to remove my device in my account, but i can't get the QR on the device. can someone help me to solve this problem? because i've been like 2 days tried to sync and get the QR but i can't get it, pls help me

Let me help you with your Charge 2. What do you mean about QR? Where are you expecting to get this code from? Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your account? The more information I have the better I will be able to help you.
