Windows PC Programme for Charge2

I've got a new-ish PC and a Charge2.

 

I'm looking for the Programme to download to the Desktop of my Windows 10 PC - I prefer a stand alone Programme and not use FITBIT Connect, nor an App, nor going via Microsoft Store. The folks at FITBIT have removed this option from their own website and I can't see FITBIT (Desktop) Programmes on other websites.

 

When posters on other websites have asked about a PC-Programme, persons answering usually have misunderstood the enquiry or simply repeated FITBIT's official line - use the APP or go to Microsoft's

Is there a web site that specialises in keeping old driver and Programmes for  FITBIT , WIN7, WIN8 or WIN10 Programmes would be fine.
