Zero Deep Sleep?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Charge 2 has shown me getting zero deep sleep for the past two days. It records all other phases - but zero deep sleep.

Is is anyone else having this problem?

Hi @SunsetRunner,

Yes, little or no deep sleep is a fairly common issue reported here. Just getting enough deep sleep can be difficult sometimes. The link below will take you to a thread discussing how to get better deep sleep.

Unfortunately that’s not the issue - it’s not a matter of “not enough” deep sleep.

Previously I have been registering some amounts of deep sleep.

For the past two days there has been nothing registering.

I see. Well I would try a restart and see if that fixes it.

There isn't any separate configuration for deep sleep. It just comes along with the other sleep stages. You may want to look at that thread above anyway-- not sure what your benchmark is but 24 minutes of deep sleep is pretty low. Best of luck.

Mine has shown zero deep sleep too

I had the same thing happen last night after re-charging my Versa immediately before getting into bed. It’s the first time that I’ve done that without spending a few minutes reading first.

I know I slept very well and I feel very refreshed this morning, so I just don’t believe the record.

I restarted my watch this morning,so will see whether that fixes it.

Try forcing a recalculation. I just adjusted my sleep log to start 5 mins earlier and Fitbit recalculated with 25 mins deep sleep.

I stopped wearing mine if I sit and watch tv. Sometimes it says I am sleeping. Not all that accurate.

I have registered no deep sleep for months.

It's clearly a problem with their algorithm since it does the same thing on the Sense, too. I cut off 20 min of "sleep" (it's shown as awake time anyway, don't understand how it is part of sleep) at the end of my sleep cycle and voila! - 20 min of deep sleep appear (which is still too low). Please fix, Fitbit.
