all day sync?

Hello,

Im curious to now what "all day sync" means? I have this option enabled, yet my fitbit doesn't sync until the end of the day when I open the app. When I open the app at the end of the day, I'm at zero steps until it syncs.

I my self leave it off. It will sync anytime you open up the app.

where is this all day sync switch located?

mine says it syned but it really has not.it seems to sync when it feels like.

let me add that i have the app pinned to my start up.i try refreshing it but it does no good.

Open the app and then click on the Fitbit on top left. Then scroll down to bottom and you’ll see the button

thanks for trying to help.i open the app and when i hit the fitbit it goes right to the home page.

once i am at the home page all it is trying to do is sell me something.

just to add.i went to dashboard it reads..last sync :just now.

it show 7,871 steps.while my fit bit shows 11,833 steps..
