Second time this year my Fitbit screen has cracked when I was in Spain, srill
under warranty, first time it happened I contacted Fitbit online through a chat room and they replaced my charger 2 free of charge. Can’t seem to locate the on line chat facility again with Fitbit.
Anyone help please ?

So disappointed in your customer service my warranty was just up and I hadn’t used my watch for over 3 months due to a personal reason went to use it charged it up and the inside of the screen is cracked along the time. I read up on this and it’s a heating malfunction. I wanted to just do a straight exchange for same watch charge 2 rose gold I have box and everything looks brand new and was told was past warranty. I went to sports check where I bought it and they still have lots in inventory!! Why is it you can’t do a thing to help me terrible customer service this is your manufacture problem not the consumers!! The watch looks brand new and offering me 25% towards a new one isn’t helpful at all why should I buy same watch when this one works besides the inside screen crack?? I am happy to even go to a sports chek that has it as my box scanned at the location and comes up $189.99 still please find a way to satisfy a customer before I loose faith in fitbit! Your customer service was amazing back when ppl had the bands breaking I am amazed your only offering me a 25% towards new when you have this watch in stock to do a straight exchange!!

@Meads48 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear about your damaged Charge 2 screen. Support does follow the guidelines listed in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. This is why they offer a discount to help customers in this situation. Still thank you for sharing your feedback. You can still reply to them and ask them to review your case again but they are the ones who decide if a device can be replaced or not.
