My charge 4 used to show my average daily steps over a 12 month period but no longer does.
Does anyone know how to fix that.
Thanks very much,
KJ

@KearleyJay , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.
Where are you not able to see the stats? On the Fitbit app, or Online Dashboard (fitbit.com)?
If you meant the Fitbit app, make sure that you have the latest app version available.
What phone model are you using? What's it's operation system version (eg, Android 8, iOS 13, etc.)
See you around.

Hi Juan,
Thanks for your reply.
It is on both.
The 12 month stat used to show the average daily steps, now it shows the monthly total.
The phone model is the samsung s7 Android and until recently the 12 month stat has shown as a average daily count opver the 12 months.
Thanks again, and regards,
KJ

I believe this happened in a recent update. I have noticed in the area feature suggestions that the topic of graphs has been mentioned and many community members would like it to go back to the way it was. The feature suggestion has received quite a few votes however a change back to the way it was is currently not being entertained. I hope you find this helpful and I would suggest you go to feature suggestions and add your vote if you wish the graphs to go back to the way they were and maybe if there is enough pressure from the community Fitbit will find a way to respond to its users.
