If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
If you review the posts for the last couple of weeks you will see this is a common problem right now. After the last update a lot of people are having problems. A correction has not been offered by Fitbit yet.

Syncing has been an issue for years but I agree that lately the volume of posts has increased. However, I've not seen anything from fitbit so far that suggests they are treating it as a problem to be fixed so it's worth trying the standard fixes while we wait for something that may not appear.
