never received a replacement

I applied for a replacement of my charge 4 because it wasn't turning on and I never received the new one, it's been more than 6 weeks. No-one is getting back to me. anyone else with the same problem?

yes i returned mine in december and i keep getting told someone will contact me and i have yet to hear anything. $140 literally thrown away

Not recently, but when I first bought my Charge 4, I ended up with one that wouldn't sync, and I had to return it before they would replace it, and it took FOREVER. And that was even BEFORE the USPO got so much more horrible and started taking over 15 days to send a card across town. I think I'm going to look at Apple watches today and forget I ever had a relationship with Fitbit, now that a piece has broken off the end of mine and it will no longer attach to a band.  Such a waste!

Do you have to have an Iphone to get an Apple Watch? i've good things about them, but i don't have an Iphone so i've never looked into one

I think it only works with an iphone.  And I broke down and bought an iphone about a year ago, so it makes sense for me to switch.
