pair your tracker ??

I currently have the Flex and trying to set up Charge 2.  It's asking for 4 digit numbers for pair your tracker.  where do I get that number?  I thought maybe it was a pin number I make up but it's not.

I set mine up yesterday.

When I agreed to pair the Charge 2 to my iPhone, a 4 digit code appeared on the screen of my Charge 2 and I entered it into my phone.

I don't have an iphone so it wants me to enter numbers but no clue what they are.  Thanks Tracy

Usually when you are pairing 2 devices using Bluetooth, it sends a code to one of them and you enter that code into the other. Like a password, so it knows that you have both devices etc. A way of stopping people just pairing with anything.

I clicked on screen and it finally had a four digit number.  I think it's going to work now.

@ElsBellekens63 are you having issues setting up your Charge 2. As @freelancehuman and others have mentioned the code can be found on the Charge 2 itself. Feel free to follow these instructions to setup your tracker.

I have put up the battery… and when i look at the fitbitt charge 3 is see fitbit.com/ set up.... on the fitbitt

I have a problem when pairing my Charge 2. The app stays blocked in the pairing fase after the 4 digits code. Doesn't want to pass after that step.

Any ideea?

Had replacement charge 2 phone is asking me to pair, this is pairing to old charge 2 and all I get from replacement charge 2 is to go on fitbit set up
