I currently have the Flex and trying to set up Charge 2. It's asking for 4 digit numbers for pair your tracker. where do I get that number? I thought maybe it was a pin number I make up but it's not.
Best AnswerUsually when you are pairing 2 devices using Bluetooth, it sends a code to one of them and you enter that code into the other. Like a password, so it knows that you have both devices etc. A way of stopping people just pairing with anything.

Best AnswerThanks so much! Blindingly obvious really, but I hadn't worked it out.

Best AnswerI have a problem when pairing my Charge 2. The app stays blocked in the pairing fase after the 4 digits code. Doesn't want to pass after that step.
