Try:
Go to your Bluetooth settings on your iPhone and find your tracker, tap the (!) exclamation point and select "Forget this device".
To pair your tracker's Bluetooth from the Fitbit app do the following:
From your mobile Dashboard tap the Account icon
Tap your tracker's picture on the left side
Tap Notifications; move the slide over till it turns green, then a pop-up message should appear requesting permission to set up your tracker to your iPhone's Bluetooth
Tap Pair when prompted too
Let the download complete, be patience.
Now do a sync

I went through every possible scenario suggested by the Fitbit support team, as well as things that I read here, and other things that I found on the Internet. My Fitbit was stuck in “fetching” screen. It would flash the screen on and off every second or so, and continued saying the word fetching. I deleted and downloaded the Fitbit app, I turned on and off the Bluetooth, and the wireless, I did a factory reset… Nothing was working it would flash the screen on and off every second or so, and continued saying the word fetching. I deleted and downloaded the Fitbit app, I turned on and off the Bluetooth, and the wireless, I did a factory reset… Nothing was working. Then I decided to try to download another clockface and viola’ — it worked. Seems the clockface I was using was the problem! My Fitbit is now working, receiving texts, alerts, counting my steps etc.

Hi, my dashboard seems to be stuck halfway on my iPhone.
How do I make it show the whole page?
