My Charge 2 has stopped syncing and sending notifications. Could my battery be worn out and can it be changed? I have had this fitbit for 2 years.
As usual, FitBit cowardly not responding to questions about syncing, neither they allow open posts about their product on FaceBook.
I had problems with syncing since morning Jan 12, 2019.
You can post on the UK and Ireland fb page. I just posted this:

Thousands of Fitbit Charge 2’s are breaking down with cracked screens and the replacements that Fitbit are sending out are refurbished crap that won’t connect to their app.
I’ve been round the houses for three days with them continually telling me they are working on a fix yet they are unable to say how they are going to fix something that won’t connect to the app.
Their community forum is full of customers with the same issues yet they give out stock answers time after time.
They’ve found the wrong guy to fob off this time!’
