Hi guys, good morning (it's 8 am here in Europe 😉

Question. I'm trying to add an activity, crosstrainer, manually. I know Fitbit automatically recognises it, but not under 10 minutes. So I tap the Excercise tile, the '+' and search for the activity. Now this searching doesn't work. It can't find any activity. None. Seems it just doesn't work. Does it not work on an Inspire? Can anybody help with this? Thanks!!

@Karingetsfit   Your Inspire HR has an Exercise App to help you track your exercise.  I suggest you use the Exercise App for your elliptical (cross trainer) workouts.

The first thing to do is to make sure Elliptical is on your list of Exercise Shortcuts.  To do this:

  1. Tap on your profile picture on your app dashboard.
  2. Tap on your Inspire HR.
  3. Scroll down to Exercise Shortcuts.
  4. If Elliptical is not on the list, tap on Edit and remove something you don't use.
  5. Tap on the + Exercise Shortcut and add Elliptical.
  6. Sync your tracker.

To use the Exercise App:

  1. Swipe down on the watch face to get to the Exercise App.
  2. Swipe (not sure if it is left or right) until you get to Elliptical.
  3. Tap the Play icon to start.
  4. Press the button to pause and press it again to end.

Here is a link to the Inspire HR manual .  It will help you use your new Inspire HR to it full capabilities.  For example, you can set an exercise goal of time, distance or calories, depending on the exercise.

Great, thanks! It worked 😃 I didn't know the word 'Elliptical' and didn't realise it's the same as a crosstrainer. I'm not native English speaking, that's why! So thanks. Learned about my Fitbit ánd a new word 🤗
