Airlink Request Error

 My Fitbit inspire quit working so I unpaired it from my phone. When repairing the phone finds the Fitbit, I get a number on my Fitbit but when I enter it on my phone I get this error message instead of connecting.  Any ideas on how to address this?

I have same problem after Fitbit went into some kind of loop. Managed to reset it but getting the same error when I try and connect in the App

Same here. Tried everything, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turn off and on bluetooth, turn off wifi... nothing works!!!

Some help from Fitbit would be greatly appreciated.
