All day sync option not working on Fitbit app

My all day sync won’t turn on it just keeps churning round and then times out.

Let me help you with your All day sync option on your Fitbit app. You can try the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. 
  3. Restart your device
  4. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  5. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
