The help people here are the most patient people on the planet. However, I am sick of this thing not syncing, the sleep light not being lit on the band, having to reset this thing on the time, etc. Fitbit has generously replaced my fitbit but the new one works the same (AKA not works!) the same as the old one. I am tired of it! Finally got the thing to go back to the clock since it kept stating that I was running (I was sleeping!). I pretty much think that this is a waste of money. Too bad as when it works correctly, I like it. I am tired of constantly having to fix it. Should be called fix bit instead of fit bit.
