App crashing

My Fitbit inspire auto tracked my exercise yesterday but put it down as a bike ride instead of walking. Assuming this is because I was pushing a pram.

Problem is that when I go into the app to try and either edit that exercise, or add a new one altogether the app just crashes.

Hello @kirstybm and a warm welcome.  With respect to your app crashing, do you use Android, iOS, or Windows?  These issues are app specific and I would like to move this thread to the correct forum.  With Android and iOS, there was a recent app update.  Try deleting the app and re-downloading it.  This simple step might help.

Next, I see you tagged this with Inspire.  Your walk probably did get auto recognized as a bike ride because of the pram.  Your Inspire has a setting for On Wrist/On Clip.  When it is in the On Wrist setting, it needs wrist/arm movements to detect steps.  When you walk with a pram, do the following -- press and hold the button for about 2 seconds to get to the quick settings.  Scroll down to On Wrist/On Clip and tap it to On Clip.  Now you put your Inspire in a pocket and it will behave like a torso tracker.  There is an accessory clip made by Fitbit just for this purpose.  I hope this helps you get the most out of your Inspire.

I am using an Android device. I will reinstall the app and see if that makes a difference!

Unfortunately reinstalling the app did not fix the problem.
