Are you able to log your Relax app sessions?

Can anyone manually log Relax app sessions? After talking to support for a while, who at first says that Relax app history can be seen in the Mindfulness Tile, now emails later they swear I can manually log the sessions in the Mindfulness Tile. I cannot find this anywhere! I sent them a recording and they told me to just restart everything, I did and still nothing. Am I going crazy? I just wanted to log my Relax app sessions.

I am new (or back) to Fitbit, just got the Sense 2, and am in a similar boat as you. It's very annoying. I'm not seeing any way whatsoever to log my self-guided mindfulness meditation sessions.

 

I just sat for the last 15 minutes searching out similar requests, and found at least one with like 400+ votes, but it was back in like 2020, I think. Or maybe before. As I understand it, preliminarily, a "feature suggestion" has to get enough votes in order to get onto the Fitbit developer table for discussion even.

 

SO ... given that, I am now looking for a place / way to sort of 'gather' as many like-minded people and funnel us into a single place to try to UP that vote count. I'm guessing 400+ is not enough since it still hasn't happened and it is nearing the end of 2022.

 

If I can make the time (lots going on in life at the moment), I'm going to keep trying for this. I'm going to bookmark your comment, so that maybe I can update you. Basically, I'm going to "try" to make this a personal project because it feels THAT important to me.

I know exactly the thread you're talking about. I did a lot of searching on my own before talking to support. I'm so surprised how unhelpful they are. I started at chat, who told me it would be stored in the Mindfulness Tile. I showed screenshots and they escalated to email, who then told me I'd have to manually log it. But there's no way to do that. They told me to reset/restart and everything etc etc, nothing. If this is really a feature, I don't know how no one else seems to know about it and its not mentioned everywhere. Weirdly incompetent and frustrating support.
