I am having a similar issue. My Fitbit’s screen went completely black and I had just charged it the night before with no issues. I tried to do the reset recommendation from the Fitbit website and it turned back on but said the battery was at 1%. I charged it again and it went up to 57% and then the screen went black again. Pretty disappointed because I just got it 6 months ago and I love using it 😞

Hi Lynne and Joanna, I just called customer support and they sent me a link for a replacement as mine will not turn on at all nor will it charge.
They said I was under the warranty as that started 2 months ago. I don't know how long it lasts, but I suggest you call customer support and hopefully they can help you guys. The link had "complimentary replacement for same Fitbit OR 50% off a new one"

My Inspire HR has black screen also. I can get the screen up if it’s plugged into charger but as soon as I remove charger it goes black again. It won’t charge up.

The screen on my Fitbit inspire went black when it still had at least half a charge left. I put it on the charger, and it won't come back on. I followed the directions on the website to reboot it, and nothing is happening. Are there any other things I can try?

This is happening to me too.. I’ve only had mine for nine months and I put it in the charger and when I took it off it wouldn’t turn on. I thought I had turned it off but when I plugged it back in to the charger all I saw was a smiley face which was unusual too me. I’ve tried to fix it but nothing will help.

I bought Inspire HR for my son in December 2019 when I travel to Ontario Canada, however it goes black screen in March 2020. I have tried all the advice from youtube videos etc , however it doesnt work. I have been searching for service center in Malaysia but fail. Due to Covid-19 lockdown, I haven’t get chance to fix the black screen problem yet. Could anyone suggest to me on how could I report to fix black screen issue?
