I saw many posts on this subject and most they have to send their Fitbit back in order to be replaced. So how do I go about doing that?

Hi @Lisabru  If you're having a problem, support can walk you through the steps to get it going again. If they find it's a hardware issue and nothing you can do on your end, they may replace it.
