Fitbit is less than 6months old, screen is now blank but its still loading steps when i sync, vibrates when i push the side button. Was working fine this morning, charged it for 40mins and now its not working.

The exact same thing happened to me today! Charged it, now no display although vibrates and is still syncing with app.

Mine came right after a few hours. Nothing like faulty technology. Definitely regret buying this fitbit.

OK, I just finished a chat session with Tech Support and got it back by doing a re-start:
\ While plugged to the charging cable as you normally plug it to charge, please press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.\
This worked for me.

This solution does work but it pisses me off that I brought this in March & has had to do this so many times to get the display to work again

Yes same thing for me, but solution worked. Shouldn't be happening. Device is only a couple months old.

Obviously they are faulty products. Next time i won't buy a Fitbit thats for sure.

Thank you for all the efforts to help your Fitbit Inspire, I really appreciate the time you've taken to troubleshoot it.
Sorry about what happened with your Inspire. Have you tried restating the Inspire? How old is your Fitbit? Clean the charging contacts on the back of it. These contacts can become obstructed by microscopic dirt or debris that prevents them from making a good connection to the charger. Use a toothpick or toothbrush to clean the charging contacts; do not scrape them with anything metal because this may damage the plating and result in corrosion.

We recommend plugging your charging cable into a USB port on your computer or other low-energy device. If necessary, you can use a UL-certified USB wall charger. Don't use a USB hub or battery pack to charge, and only use the charging cable that came with your tracker. I'd like to know if you're getting the full battery sign after charging your Fitbit. Have you noticed if your charger is loose or maybe not connecting properly?

I charge in my car, and it gets fully charged once or twice a week no problems.

Its done it again. Its got about 50% charged and hasnt been on charge for some time. Not impressed.

This has not worked for me. Blank screen. Still vibrates and tracks but no screen. Tried holding down for 5 seconds while on charge . No luck. Tried several times. Any other tips?
