Buzzing when asleep

Last night I was woken from a deep sleep by my Fitbit buzzing intensely. There seems to be no reason for it and nothing showing on my app. Can anyone help? This was really annoying. Thanks.

@MarieLMS It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

I will assist you with this. Check that this isn't a silent alarm set to the incorrect time. This could be the reason your device is vibrating at night.

Let me know how it goes.

no there was definitely no silent alarm on, I checked. It didn't happen last night so hopefully it was an anomaly. Other than that, I'm very happy with my new Inspire HR

Hi - I experienced this also at 5 am - there were no alarms set. The inspire HR buzzed for about 20 seconds then stopped by itself. Extremely annoying. Some people say this may be to do with the device trying to sync with the phone - send some data - any ideas ?
