Hello there,
I bought my Fitbit 6 months ago and now I notice that I reach my calorie goal (2700) and even more (3245 today) and a few minutes later my calories drop by A LOT (down from 3,066 to 2300). The same happens with steps and activity time. I talked to an agent for 45 minutes through an online chat and we rebooted the watch etc. but nothing helped. He also said that there is no repair center.
My question is: How do I fix this issue? Or (if not fixable) how do I get a refund? I purchased the watch on amazon and amazon said the manufacturer is responsible as the watch has a 1 year warranty guaranteed by fitbit.
Thank you very much for your time and support.
Sincerely
Katharina
PS: This has happened several days in a row now.

Thanks for stopping by!
Let me help you with your decreasing stats and thank you for reaching out to our Support team. Do you have any third party app linked to your account? Are you manually logging activities on your account? These two scenarios will overwrite the data recorded by your tracker. Could you share a screenshot of what you see on the activities area on you app and on the third party integration area.
I look forward to your reply.
