Can't attach Insprire pin to replcae strap

Hi,

 

A small part of the plastic in the watch that helps attach the pin to the strap broke. I have purchased new pins but it won't attach. Is there a way I can remedy it. Everything in my Fitbit works but I cant use it unless the strap can be attached.

Hi @detcarreon  are you still within the warranty period? Parts aren't sold for these devices, other than bands being available. Where did you get pins specifically for the Inspire HR?
