Can't log exercises

hey. 

My inspire hr didn't log my water aerobics class yesterday and I'm not able to fill it in on my own. when I write water aerobics in the exercise bar and hit log it just pops up a notice to log an exercise, I tried to write in something else instead but the same message keeps popping up. I have logged off and on my account several times but it doesn't help

Are you logging your steps from the app or from Fitbit.com? If you're trying from the App, lets try to log the activity from the dashboard on Fitbit.com.

Please make sure you're following this steps : 

1. On the Fitbit.com dashboard tap the Activity tile to open your exercise history.
2. Go to the "Log Activities" option. 
3. Write the name of your activity "Aerobics".
4. Adjust the activity details and tap Log.

After this, you can try on the Fitbit App.
