Can’t receive account verification emails on Inspire HR

I keep pressing resend to get the account verification emails and I haven’t received any. My email is correct and I have checked my spam and junk mail folders.

@Aliciawhite75 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! 

 

Let me help you with your verification email and thank you for checking the spam and junk folders. Make sure your email address is correct on your Fitbit account. A typo may send the email to a non existent account and this could explain why you aren't receiving it. Also check if it isn't being sent to Social or Promotions area (for example if you are using Gmail.

My email is right. I’m using iCloud so no social or promotions.I tried to change it to iCloud and it said it was the same.

Ok, for some reason my emails weren’t showing up on my phone and I just looked on my iPad and there are about 30 emails for verifying my email address. The problem is done! Thanks!

I saw you placed your private email address in your last post. I would strongly suggest removing it as this is an open forum. To remove your email address please tap the three small dots in the upper right corner of your post, then tap “edit” in the drop down menu. Remove your email address then simply tap submit again.

Am set up on my computer as I don't have cell...I am not receiving the verification email...have tried two different email accounts
