So I deleted my old Fitbit account and made a new one. I wanted to connect my Inspire 2 to my app and realized that I never “reset” my tile device (the Fitbit). So now I think I am permanently locked out of using my Inspire 2 with my Tile app. Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know how to work around it? Thank you in advanced!

Also I’m not entirely sure these were the correct labels for this post but Flex and Flex 2 were the only options it would allow me to select.

Hi @AveryTaylor I will move your post to the Inspire 2 Forum. Hopefully you can get some help there. I don't know what the Tile App is, but perhaps you need to contact them to see if you can reconnect. Good luck.

@AveryTaylor How long ago did you delete your old account? There is a seven day grace period before your account is permanently locked. If you can still log in to your old account, you might be able to unlink Tile from your old account.
