Cannot access my account information (mobile & desktop)

I already contacted Fitbit support but nobody can help. Maybe someone here has experience with that? When I go to the Fitbit website and navigate to "my account", then click that, I get redirected to an empty site with a dark overlay and a circle that indicates that something is loading, but I'm stuck there.

I already tried:

  • Clearing cache & cookies
  • Using a different browser
  • Using incognito mode in chrome 
  • Waiting a few days (this has been going on for weeks) 
  • Restarting my phone AND my laptop with which I used to be able to access my own account information
  • I don't have a hidden VPN app (thanks, Fitbit support?)
  • Changing my password (I thought if nothing else helps, but that didn't help either)

I really hope somebody can help. Thank you.

Hi, @SammyNB! I'm not clear which page you're trying to get to. I don't have a "my account." Is it this page? https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile 

Or are you trying to view your profile? I'm trying to replicate this issue and that's tripping me up.
