I already contacted Fitbit support but nobody can help. Maybe someone here has experience with that? When I go to the Fitbit website and navigate to "my account", then click that, I get redirected to an empty site with a dark overlay and a circle that indicates that something is loading, but I'm stuck there.

Hi, @SammyNB! I'm not clear which page you're trying to get to. I don't have a "my account." Is it this page? https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
Or are you trying to view your profile? I'm trying to replicate this issue and that's tripping me up.
