Hi all, 

 

I have an Inspire HR, and last week one evening I was given a sleep score. The option has now disappeared? I’ve signed up for premium trial, still nothing, gone through all the settings suggested and there is no option for me to “receive sleep score” anywhere. 

last week when I was given the score it seemed out of nowhere and I had not changed the settings.

 

so frustrating that it seems to not be anywhere?

@KateVW Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!

 

Let me help you with your Sleep score. It is odd that you don't see this information on your account. Could you share a screenshot of what you see on the app? Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure you have the app up to date.
