1. As of Feb.05/2020, 11pm GMT+8, my Fitbit app would crash and close whenever I tried to comment on my own post. 

 

2. At the same time, I was unable to cheer or comment in any of the challenges I was currently participating in.

Let me help you with your issue about commenting on your own post and not being able to cheer on challenges. Try logging out from the Fitbit app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure the app is up to date on your phone and that you have enough internal memory.
