Cannot pair/setup my Inspire 2

I subscribed,  and got code to set up, then it says to download or update app. It's updated and still don't work

I have inspire 2. if I cant get the app to work, how can I go to lifestyle discussions???? i cant open anything on the watch... it keeps saying to download or update app. apparently my app on the phone is updated.. cant do a **ahem** thing on watch.

Hi @Shellroc - This is one of the setup Gotchas that can be misleading.

If you are on the latest Fitbit App version [needed for new watches] see What's changed in the latest release of the Fitbit app?  login in to the Fitbit App, click the profile photo/circle top left and then "+ Set up a Device" if you haven't already got that far.

I get to the pairing mode, enter 4 digits. then a Xwith a circle around it comes up on watch... I dont know how to tell what version I have since I cant get into the watch. it wont pair. the watch turns off the bluetooth, and it looses the 4 digit code

@Shellroc  - try to restart the watch, press and hold the button till it vibrates and the logo appears.

 

Try to restart the phone too and try again.
